Payment Details
Initial Deposit - $150 per person due at the time of room booking, no later than 1/26/24. Insurance premium is due within 7 calendar days of the room booking if elected.
Second Payment - $250 per person, due February 23, 2024
Remaining Payments - Six equal monthly payments starting March 22, 2024. A personalized schedule of payments will be included with the room confirmation invoice.
Final Payment is due August 30th 2024
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Travel insurance must be purchased within 7 days of the initial deposit but before final payment. Please accept or decline during the initial booking.
Choose either Full Travel Credit or Cash Refund.
Cash Refund (higher premium) - Get reimbursed with a cash refund, less the insurance premium, if your trip gets cancelled.
Full Travel Credit (lower premium)- Receive travel credit, less the insurance premium, to apply toward your next getaway .
Remember, payment is due within 7 days of the initial deposit and must be PAID IN FULL.
After you submit your request for travel insurance, Traveler #1 will receive an email from travelinfo@fromyourtravelagent.com within 48 hours of the insurance premium owed for all parties who elected insurance along with a payment link.
The insurance premium is based on the total expense of your trip, less the insurance premium.

Cancellation Penalties
If you decline insurance coverage, you will be subject to the following penalties:
65 + days prior to your arrival - No penalty for cancelations.
64 – 41 - a 1 night penalty for all rooms based on category and occupancy.
40 – 0 days to departure - FULL Penalty. Any reduction including no shows will result in 100% penalty per person.
**Insurance premium is Non-Refundable**
